Development blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
